I recently took a bucket list trip to Japan, and of course there was a lot of anime sightseeing on my to-do list!

My first stop was in Uji to see Kumiko's bench from Sound! Euphonium (YES, I flew halfway around the world to sit on a bench!)



Texting with some friends I got the great suggestion,
"You should totally draw something while sitting on that bench"!
So I bought a notebook and pen from 7-11 and did just that!
Not only on Kumiko's bench but also at some of the other anime landmarks I visited!

The trip was really tiring but obviously a lot of fun!
The anime sightseeing was one of my favorite parts of the trip as seeing these places from my favorite shows in real life was super cool!
I'm already planning next year's vacation with stops for more anime landmarks, like the nerd I am!  :D
