While
looking at some Pixar stuff I came across the name "Surly Mermaid" and
this popped into my head. I was already working on stuff for
"MerMay" so I thought it'd be a neat side project while taking a break
from other stuff I've been plugging away at. :3
Originally I had her in a shot glass or a martini glass but wasn't sure
about the idea of a tiny mermaid so I drew her in this giant glass pool
filled with whiskey instead. Her proportions are kinda whack in
hindsight but it was a lot of fun so whatever yo. :D
