"Fanservice is more than boobs."
Springer is my favorite Transformer, G1 or otherwise, and I've tried
drawing a lady version a bunch of times before but nothing I really
liked until today. It was the chestpiece that really stumped me
but it hit me to angle it a bit and then it all came together from
there (I also kinda dig how the grill teeth make her chest look like an
angry boob monster XD).
The outfit design is mainly based off of Springer's cartoon look but
the colors ended up being a mix of the cartoon and the toy, namely with
the bodice and the shoulders. With the green I knew I wanted to
make her a ginger but I went with more of a strawberry blond thing
instead of a blatant redhead since the latter would make her look too
much like Poison Ivy. :O
