Schoolgirl Uniform Optimus Prima

I wanted to draw Prima in a schoolgirl uniform again and also wanted to
give the design another shot. I like my first takes but I also
think I leaned too much into her looking like Sailor Moon when I should
have been drawing her like, well, Optimus Prima.
I'm a sucker for double-breasted uniform jackets so that's the update I
started with. A lot of things I kept like the hair bows, but many
others got similar updates to fill out Prima's silhouette. Such
as the headband, tights and puffed sleeves.
