Optimus Prima of Atlantica 2016.05.27 Revisiting my old mermaid Optimus Prima piece (I've uploaded it below) has been rattling around for a while and MerMay seemed like the perfect time to do just that.  I toned down her design from the waist-up but I went a bit crazy when it came to her tail.  In fact I sat on this for a couple of days because I didn't want to ink all of those segments.  XD Originally I was gonna mute the colors and/or put a blue wash on the whole thing because she's supposed to be underwater but the bright colors ended up popping so well I decided "screw it" and left them alone.  ^_^ Web site contents © Copyright Silas Zee 2016, All rights reserved.
