Galaxy Force Soundwave

A suggestion from RKStrikerJK5 from my TFW2005 fan art thread! :D
I knew I wanted to do an homage to one of the Galaxy Force episode
bumpers, and her pose and hair are a result of my current Yui Yuigahama
obsession. XD
As much as I love the toy I prefer Soundwave's brighter colors in the
Galaxy Force/Cybertron show. They're just more fun, and I was
having a hard enough time differentiating things with the big 'ol wings
on her back. The darker blue from that Soundwave figure would
have been harder to work with. ^_^;
